309719 Wordpress Theme Design

I need a wordpress golf theme design and coding. Here is a sketch I made of the general site layout:

Notes:

Site is basically very simple, yet it needs to be very nicely designed and fully coded in to wordpress.

You will need to be able to finish this project in 3-7 days.

Only well experienced wordpress professionals please, both in coding and design.
