We have a project that requires a CMS system but if a developer can think of a better option please let us know. Must be in php no exceptions cannot be wordpress, cannot be drupla cannot be magneto cannot be any of these must be in php. Your job is to create a php script that allows users to have an account were they are only allowed to write and paste pictures in a certain area with admin giving permission to the user. There is no menu, there is nothing to complicated we will try and make it as simple as possible. Please send me a message so i can better explain what we need to get done so we can get this project done as fast as possible.
