I want bids from serious developers who are time conscious and have value for money. The project is to build a website with mock text and a Template based on CMS Joomla. The site basically has no checkout to Pay the or collect any $ but the items when checked out got to the provider and the customer.
1) Customer comes to the site to look for items
2) selects various items and checks them.
3) Items can be viewed in detail with a magnify glass App that pops out
4) checks out and enter his details and creates an Ac.
5) customer then gets an emails that items will be kept on hold and he will be notified to come and pickup items and pay at front desk
(PLEASE also give options for cart checkout with Visa and Paypal)
