Magento Cart Customisation

Currently the shopping cart for the below website uses an extension called multi fees to manage the various delivery options.

These are selected during check out. We would like for the changes to the Total to be updated automatically as people select or deselect the various options without page reload.

This should automatically update the Total (at bottom of page) but not update the Hire Equipment total.

Example:

Hire Equipment Total: $40

Total: $60
