I require 2 pages converted from PSD to into clean, compliant xhtml/css with some jquery.
The banner on the home page is jquery and I need all navigation done as pure css.?
Site needs to work in all major browsers including IE6.
Additional Info • Content to remain centered. • Wallpaper to fade to white background on edges • All navigation menus need to be ul lis • Navigation will need drop down sub navigation (nested lists) (eg. Wedding & Event Planning will have 3 sub pages ??" Wedding Packages, Meet the Planner, Meet the team) • Sub nav needs to be centred under the main nav and use jquery to stay visible when on parent page. “Events?? will also have sub nav and those items should appear in the same position as the ones shown in psd. • Images frames need to be css styled. (ie. I px border) • Changing image banner on home page needs to use this [login to view URL] or something similar • Photos in the banner need to be separate to the frame. (So images can be changed without having to create them with the frame as part of the one jpg.) The banner images are on separate layers in the file. • Link mouseovers to be #000000 in navigation and text • Links to have no underline except on mouseover (not navigation though) • Subscribe button to be in html test on white background (not an image) • “Brisbane’s Boutique Wedding Planner & Wedding Planning Coordinator?? is h1 • Style sheet needs to be clearly commented • Content page to utilize left and right divs to separate content

Two jpegs of the pages are included here. I will supply final layered PSD files once the bid has been accepted.
