I have a 12v DC motor which the rotation of which I wish to vary with speed taken from GPS.
ground speed x a factor = RPM of motor
There is an existing sensor which measures the rpm of the motor which may be required as feedback to the controller program .Also sent to the laptop screen
`I have an existing DGPS serial input which should provide the necessary accuracy and responsiveness.
I envisage running the program on a laptop in order to provede the serial connection.
Using a raspberry pi is another option.
Ideally it would include a wirelesss link between the program on a laptop and the motor. wires would suffice however.
I need assistance to choose the best programming language and to write the program.
