I need to do some improvements to be implemented in a Reliable (i.e. within deadline and good communication) and Professional way

Changes on the Checkout process (basic stuff for the three methotds to work (registered user, guest user, paypalexpresschekout), but developer has to be proficent with checkout, specially paypal)
Changes in the Product page ( design changes, crosselling...)
Changes in the home page
PHP coding
Add rolling brands
Add more info in the header
Add a contact us image to the left menu
Simple javascript error (see in IE when loading)
