Simple PHP Work to a form, a news feed and a sitemap

#1 Have a form which has various set fields and one field that has the possibility to add extra recurrences of this field using javascript. Need someone to write me some small PHP to populate this data into the email that gets sent to the admin of the form. I'm struggling to get the foreach value of each separate instance of the entries and send these values.
All the code for the form, the validation etc is written it's just the part that populates this one field that is causing me issues. Probably less than 5 minutes work for an experienced developer!
#2 Have a news feed that uses ajax to load the next set of items. This was written by another developer for a different website of mine. I have copied across the code and it works fine except one small issue whereby the message to end the data stream ("no more news") is not displaying for some reason. Probably something really obvious but I just can't see it.
#3 Small php error in collating some data for part of a sitemap. 99% working correct just need to strip out some characters from one piece of database information into the link but can't seem to write the code to do this... Database entry can consist of entries such as --1-- or --1--4-- and I need to strip out the -- and use the first number as the part of the link. Have it working elsewhere just can't get it to work in the [url removed, login to view] file
