Web Designer ( Student Classified /Networking Website)

Web Developer needed. For (Classified /Networking Website, With Build-in Customization and Special Features)I require a programmer who is part of a company that can work on a website. I am looking for long term relations on future projects with the same developers. To Design and Development a Student classified website, social network, Campus-directory and forum. They are all integrated into one. You can use the existing design present on the site or Redesign. Please note there are extensive back-end customizations and it is payment integrated and All the posting ads are done on a timer system to eliminate spam and there are numerous automatic system messages in place to alert users. All the ads have a management system and the back-end must be extensive to moderate all paid users, free users and existing/active users.

Thinking of Using Joomla or WordPress as the CMS please provide your recommendation
