Project only for Tuan

As discussed the following

1) Clear header errors --- came up when I change some codes to chinese :(

2) Take away the caption

3) The date can make it like DD-MM-YY rather than the english on right now.

4) Of course is the category on the lower right, make it chinese enabled as well.

5) And left with the some standard text to chinese as well.. thats it. (waiting for the customer side, so will just pass you couple of lines or I will change and you just check for errors)
