Rework of Joomla car directory component - wanted

I had a 'car list' component for joomla made last year, though, I found out that there were some severe shortcomings. It just isn't inline with my expectations. As I wasn't completely satisfied with the original developer I am now looking for someone who has proper joomla experience and will be able to improve the already existing component. This means:

-Rectify any mistakes

-Stabilise the component to a VERY stable version

-Improve the functionality of the component

-Update the layout (improve usability and make sure it is easily changeable through CSS).

-Integration with Comments system (the system to be used is still open)

-Rectify/create integration with Community Builder.

-Make sure it gets a proper little admin section.

To this post I have added the original component as a zip. As well as the original idea sketch of me, rather fiddly, but it will surely help visualising the idea. I'm looking for a very simple component for joomla to list cars owned by my community's members which they can add front-end. Preferably with integration of comments system. The package should also include a community builder plugin which list the members's cars on profile.

The idea is:

1. Component main page with search ability and list of cars (Picture, car name, owner) arranged by 'newest entry', 'most viewed' or etc..

2. Once a visitor clicks on a car from the list he will see a kind of profile of the car, fields; title, member name, owned since, description, all the additional pictures and then the comments plugin.

3. Community Builder plugin tab; lists cars owned by members on tab and links them to the component.

Forgot to say that the component is 'driven' from the Community Builder profile in essence, entries are made, edited and deleted from the profile. Please see "plug_carlisttab.zip" .
