We need a complete website and function backend built for the following project (a french website). Designed to run on a linux server with PHP 4.0 minumum. This website will allow readers to submit a valid rss 2.0, 1.0 .91 feed and ATOM feeds if you are able to deal with it. We want to enable our website visitors to see on our homepage something like this: <[url removed, login to view]>. This hompage displays all the titles of all different sources registered on the website. Also, there are specific categories (computing, finance, etc.). We would like the coder to generate javascript on each feed then webmasters will be able to either copy and paste javacript from our website on their website or copy our feed on their website. Any webmaster can register his feed in our directory regarding the category of his website. Anybody can use the service for free. The homepage should refresh every mitnute.
We would like to propose a free private account to our visitors. In their private account, they would be able to custom their feeds,etc... They also can modify through a simple form the look/feel of the feed and how it will be displayed. we will then create and track stats report for times the script was run(pageviews).
Evrytime webmaster display our javascript on their site, a small link should say: this service is provided by OurWebsite
A search engine is necessary and all the news should be recorded into the database

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
