Main Objective:

- The takeover of the current project from developer (due to poor health).

- Continues system maintenance and Upgrades done periodically based on company request.

System is online already and working just fine. We have urgent updates pending for immediate implementation.

System is designed in CodeIgniter and PHP, html, Linux server etc with iOnCube security encryption.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

1) Coder to take over this fully functional project. Coder must ensure that current system security is maintained and enhanced where needed;

2) Coder to work with us on this continues project to do system upgrades and periodic maintenance when we request this;

3) Coder must be a professional in PHP CodeIgniter with advanced experience in CodeIgniter/PHP framework and iOnCube to take over this project;

4) Coder must have reputable references for verification;

5) Coder must have impeccable ethics and punctuality to meet deadlines;

6) Coder must sign a confidentiality agreement beforehand;

7) Coder must have full contact details(phone, email and skype) and must be available whenever we need coder;

7) Coder must have excellent ratings on [url removed, login to view]

8) Coder must be willing to work with us on a long term basis as the system evolves based on customer requirements etc;

9) Coder is well versed in the English language to properly understand our requirements;

10) Our business updates are mostly time sensitive and updates/changes to the system as and when required must be done in the shortest possible timeframe without compromising on the quality

If you do not comply with ALL the above, please DO NOT BID.

We do not pay for work that does not meet our standards and requirements and only consider well experienced coders with impeccable ethics looking for a long term relationship with our firm.

Once the Confidentiality Agreement was signed and terms accepted we will release the source code and first updates required to the coder for immediate implementation. This will be an URGENT update due to time constraints so immediate action will be required.

For the current required system updates the project fee is indicated above. Fees for future updates will be discussed as and when so required.

NOTE: NO OUTSOURCING of this project allowed! All must be done by the company/coder that bids.
