Long term social project

We need yuo to review the following project requirement and give us an estimate of the duration and the cost involved by you to get it implemented.

I. Description: This project is a Common Social Marketing project for FB/Twitter/Google+

They have a system for Advertising on Facebook. We want you to develop a Qwaya like similar system that will advertise additionally on FB, TW and g+:

1. Facebook

2. Twitter &

3. Google+ social media sites

You'll have to design the system end-to-end including:

1. DB design

2. Backend Integration with FB/TW/g+

3. All backend exposed as services, to be integrated from the web/mobile/iOS & Android native apps.

4. Design All the QWaya like similar UIs for Web & mobile UIs for the complete project.

5. Initial system will be for web & mobile version in first release, but will have native iOS Apple app and an Android app later this year.

The idea is that a user will be able to come to one place on web/mobile phone/tablet and setup their advertisements to be pushed to FaceBook, Twitter and Google+.

The system should work the same be it accessed from webpage/mobile or a native app from iPhone or Android phone.

Development Technology to use has to be:

a. Linux/PHP/AM

b. Yii framework

c. JQuery/jQyeryMobile/Less css, etc as needed, all open source technologies.

NOTE: its of paramount importance that you design the system with flexibility for features addition later without breaking existing features and be able to have a completely decoupled system, so any layer of the system can be easily replaced, like the services, or UI etc.

2. Cost of the complete project's initial version for FB/TW/g+'s web & mobile applications ( Native apps will be in version 2)

3. What should be the penalties for missing project deadlines?

Result of the project expected from you:

1. A completly working/tested application that meets above requiremnets.

2. All deployment codes for backend/service/UIs

3. Support /maintenance/bug fixes/enhancements after go-line
