This is a small server-client enabled application that should take care of the following:
1. Auto-Generate chronological numbers with respect to their alphabetic groups and print out for labeling of folders.
2. Auto-Generate barcode of same number in (1) and print for labeling folders.
3. Electronic data can be entered and stored against the newly generated number which can be exported in editable format eg. .CSV, .PDF etc
4. Can accept universal barcode scanner devices.
5. Should accept barcode scanned data from barcode labels on folders and confirm or update folder current location.
6. Will be used simultaneously by less than 30 records staff in less than 10 LAN enabled-locations, but should have provision to add new users, medics-staff and locations.
