URGENT! Wordpress Help Needed. Website Problems

URGENT HELP NEEDED:

I started having issues with my website yesterday morning. The website completely slowed down and is sometimes non responsive. Web pages won't load, some pages will load occasionally. It even affects my Wordpress dashboard when I'm trying to work....I receive "web page not available".. I can't even upload photos in the media library without getting a error.

I have tried everything I can think of to fix this. I switched themes, I rest the current theme I have, I removed all plugins and re-added one by one. I have also contacted Hostgator and it's not a server issue.

I need someone to help me with this and fix it. I'm not sure if this is a coding error or what. It just out of the blue started messing up like this.
