We are looking to integrating a database into our existing website. The database will capture visitors' signup information.
THE SIGNUP FORM WILL HAVE 9 FIELDS:
1. FIRST NAME
2. LAST NAME
3. ADDRESS 1 (OPTIONAL)
4. ADDRESS 2 (OPTIONAL)
5. CITY (OPTIONAL)
6. STATE/PROVINCE (OPTIONAL)
7. ZIP CODE/POSTAL CODE (OPTIONAL)
8. COUNTRY (SHOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY DETECTED USING THEIR IP)
9. CHECK BOX: "I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE FUTURE PROMOTIONS" (DEFAULT CHECKED)
The database will be Microsoft SQL , the script must be written in ASP.NET since our web server only supports ASP.NET.
Besides capturing the 9 information mentioned above, the script must also capture signup time, signup date, and their IP. Like I mentioned above, their IP will be used to determine their country, and therefore their country is automatically selected.
Not a very tough project, but we are only seeking for high quality work. Please bid only if you are serious bidder.
