Customize Wordpress

Hello,

I need a customized Wordpress install for www.homefindingbook.com.

Requirements:

1) Add a new section (powered by WP) called 'Articles'

2) Customize WP for the site's current look and feel

3) Integrate WP to the real estate agent directory - allow people who have signed up for the directory to write articles for the site (10,000s of users); so, database integration required

4) Insert written articles into a real estate agent's directory page

5) Implement an editorial process for articles. E.g. all users can write an article but it will have to go through an editor before publishing.

6) Implement article voting to push top articles to a popular section

7) Insert real estate agent profile (image and link) to articles they've written

Experience needed:

1) Top RAC coder

2) Extensive experience with WP
