Revision of Design/WebDev Scope & other Tech Specificatin documents

To assist buyer by drafting the following documents to facilitate bidding out Buyer's multiphase, E-commerce Project. Please cut and paste Buyer's existing Scope of Work materials as necessary and upgrade descriptions as necessary, making recommendations for technical specificatins as necessary. Develop the following documents, in coordination with Buyer (discussions via email messages/Instant message discussions as necessary to faciltiate process). Specifications fr Five Phase project, including loading pages of existing site, site upgrade, expanded additions (template gallery), then Professional Directory development on another site, with links to original site. Documents to be developed (cut/paste from buyers docs. & technical person's additions/recommendations of information as necessary:

1. Web Development Requirements Tracing Matrix;

2. integrating Buyers Scope text into Scope of Work in rent-a-code format with recommended technical revisions;

3. drafting of user test plan;

4. drafting of web business requirements template.

5. drawing system design for component Phases.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
