We are building an IPTV platform. What we need is described at the bottom. Basically we need an IPTV client and a CMS for managing the whole platform.
IPTV Player main specs:
- HLS, HTTP/S, RTSP, UDP (multicast and unicast) and other popular streaming protocols
- IPTV and VOD support
- SD and HD support
- Codecs: mpeg1/2/4, h264, x264, WMV, mp3, aac and other popular codecs
- Subscriber Authorization
- Channel list, EPG, changing channels, fast zapping
- OSD, multiple layers, transparency, multiple font support (anti- aliasing)
- customizable skin
- TV Remote management with key remapping
- Platform: Android > 4.x (target devices android TV box, at least dualcore, ARM cpu)
- App should not work on rooted devices
Note: [login to view URL] has a good example of what I am looking in a player, but too much functionality and too open
IPTV CMS:
- Web-Based Remote Management
- Preferred Database: mysql
- client management (playlist/channel list, groups, etc...)
- content/channel management
- Billing
The best bidder will be selected for the second phase, extending functionality.
