Modify my existing PDF creation code (sbpdf)

We have an existing PHP site with a MySQL database. Part of the site is coded already to create and email a PDF version of one of the PHP pages. I'm not happy with how the PDF is laid out and need someone to modify how it looks and perhaps take a closer look at how it's put together.
