Updates / fixes / enhancements to an existing Access database

Hi,
We have a database that was built last year to support the products for an ecommerce business that sells supplies to French schools. The database was quite complex in terms of how it was developed so will take a bit of explaining.
There are three sets of issues:
- Fixes to the existing solution (some of which are due to logic issues / others that are due to formatting)
- Enhancements to existing solution
- New features
As this is not a simple request, it is impossible to offer a fixed price for the work. Therefore, I would like to find someone that can take on a specific issue and resolve it based on a T&M basis. Once happy with the cost, we can then start to work together on all other elements of the solution.
I am keen to find someone that has worked a lot on Access databases, fully understands solutions that incorporate (client data, sales data, product data, forecasting, etc.) - i.e. the whole logistics element of an ecommerce business. Please email me for more details.
