Design Integration on wordpress (urgent!!)

I have an arabic news website based on wordpress.

I have the designs to be implemented on the website.

First I need to have the design integrated on the english version. (no need to think of arabic version as of now...just maintain RTL orientation in english version)

I have the HTML of the homepage and PSD for the subpage.

60% of the design already been integrated..need to be completed by next 5 hours.

easy task for someone who is good in wordpress.

need to start right now.
