Custom search in Wordpress

I need to register custom taxonomies or custom meta boxes for: Size (height and width), Place, Year and create custom search based on that.
When users opens gallery there will be this search with drop-downs for category and country but sizes should be inputted manually (Width min - max, height min -max). For year I need the same (Min-Max) with drop-downs. Size needs option for cm/inches when searched.
These functions should be easy to add from admin dashboard and easy to use from visitors side.
Website is up and running but I need improvement for gallery which works as custom post type.
