Php keyword tracking script for wordpress

I'm having trouble setting up a php tracking script on one of my blogs;

It's a fairly simple keyword tracking script which works fine on a regular blog post or page, but

not when I use it with a cloaking plugin I recently installed on the wordpress blog;

I suppose the tracking may need to be modified to work properly with the plugin
