Get the data from tags to output in xml

I want to fetch the url tags from the [login to view URL] to open the url for each array and I want to get the programme info to output them in the [login to view URL] to generating the xml source and store the info in the xml.\r\n\r\nOn my code, it will only get the url from [login to view URL] to output them in the myscript.php. It supposed to be fetching the url from the links tags to get the list of arrays without output them and it supposed to be open the url for each array to get the programme info such as the time and title.\r\n\r\nAnd some of the time are wrong, e.g: 20140310120000, 2014 is the year, 03 is the month and 10 is the date of the month, 12 is the hour after the 00 hour, 00 and 00 is the mins and seconds. I\'m using the 24 hours time, some of the time are wrong, I have the 24 hours which is supposed to be 00 for morning and 12 for afternoon, but I have got both for 12 hours. I have also got the hours which it supposed to be 02 but it show as 20 hours. \r\n\r\nI\'m sure that this should take no more than 3-4 hours to do a quick small fixes to complete this job. You must use my script only to modify to make some of the changes and you must not use to write your own script. If you trying to write your own script without using mine and if you are asking for an increase price, I won\\\'t be interested to hire you, so you have been warned to do so. If you can do the job, I will be happy to pay you no more than $30. Thanks for your interested!!!!
