I need a clone of this plugin ([url removed, login to view]), with one additional feature. When the form is submitted by the site visitor, it will also submit that info to an autoresponder form, like [url removed, login to view] to join the website\'s newsletter.
I will retain full rights for the plugin once it\'s completed and paid for. If there are bugs after it\'s completed, please be available for support for at least 30 days.
This is a very easy fix and I have a limited budget for it, but will have more work for larger projects in the future for the right programmer. (See my feedback, it\'s 100% for many years).
