Automatic Bar code Generator in HTML/PHP

I need a small script, that will allow my costumer to login with there costumer number and zipcode as password, after the login then it needs to auto generate a Barcode with the number of tickets they ordered.

if they didn't order any, they need to be able to do so, buy inserting the number of tickets, e-mail and costumer number. and then an e-mail should go out to me for verification. (no payment system required)

is if the costumer number is '11111'

and the number of tickets they order is '04'

then the barcode needs to display '1111104'

It would be nice if there was a small back-end system where i can see who and how much they ordered. it also needs to be able to add tickets to costumers who didn't buy it tru this script.
