Booking script modification Codeigniter - Mod #2

We are looking for a professional but low budget CodeIgniter developer to perform the following modification to our existing Airbnb clone script:

Currently a booking is made for nights, which will show the availability calendar as busy from one day to another. We need to change this so that the booking will be made on a per day basis, so that a booking marks one day as busy, but not the night.

In addition to this, the search bar / search option needs to be modified, so that the user can search for 1 date instead of a from - to search.

Payment policy:

1. We will create a full milestone payment upon project award

2. We will release the payment once 100% work was delivered to us

3. If one or more of the described items are not or only partially developed, then you agree to cancel the milestone payment entirely, seeing the project as failed in its' entirety with the reason that we will have to roll back in order to get someone else to redo the work.

Please note we are working on a strict timeline, as other projects will be pending on the completion of this project.
