Build Web Site and Write shell scripts

I have a Linux server with Transmission installed on it. I need some automation scripts to handle my tasks on this server.

First Part

I have a batch file working on Windows machine. I need this to be converted to Linux. This batch file simply extract zip files under a folder, cleanup, convert and deletes everythings. (See attached batch file)

Second Part

--------------

I also need a website to follow up scripting tasks. Simple master & detail table will do the job. Starting job will trigger above script and a few others in order. (See attached mockups). Mockups doesn't show but I need login page too.

Third Part

When job is done, Insert record into another MySql DB and another wordpress db apart from current tables. (Or simply create JSON with details)

This website must be built using Slim PHP + Transmission PHP + Polymer.
