I want to create a website for over 50's who want to rent share. Either they have a home and want a share tenant or tenants looking for a share home. I would like it set up similar to a dating site where a complete set of questions and criteria are asked to suggest matches for the users. I would like the website to be based on the KISS system, easy to use. A simple flat fee to be registered, payment through paypal. this website to have a facebook page for advertising and other suggestions.
I am not tech savvy so I am also looking for someone who can administer and manage the site for me.
