I am looking to update our current website to something more modern like this, I don't mind using a template but it will need editing to suit my company aswell as the images to make it more suitable and then content added :

I want to also update our product store, we had a design made a couple of years ago but we never used it. The design and function of it was excellent so we want to keep this custom template we had made but we want to modernise it also.
I wish the main website to be in Wordpress and then the products store to be a custom CMS with a simple admin backend to add or remove products etc. I am familiar with wordpress and if I want to edit text etc I can do it. This is why I prefer the main website to be in WP.
We don't have a payment gateway in our store, it is used as a catalogue only.
So I am looking for someone to update our main website, don't mind using a wordpress theme for this and then update our HTML template of our store we made a few years ago to blend in with the new website and then build our products catalogue. I have all the images and products in CSV for batching, around 10,000 products. Just to confirm, this is not an online store for taking orders, it is simply an online catalogue for referencing our products. We don't sell anything through the website. Customers can add products to cart, and then they will email us the cart or print the cart.
The online catalogue will need to have a good base for SEO so the correct product text on the page along with short urls holding the key information.
