Building a online software -- 2

Hi, i need a portal/interface where users can create a profile and gain access to the following solution:

Upload a PDF, mapp text from the PDF (using softwares like presented here: [login to view URL] - open source) resulting a structured XML output (i have the formats and documentations ready)

Then using the extracted data to be attached to the XML as a binary copy.

The solution needs to be:

1. Either drag and drop, or right-click on text/data and mapp it.

2. Auto mapping function after it ones been mapped with reset function.

3. Top looking ui and user friendly.

4. Responsive

Im not a expert on what exactly is needed else, so i would need flexibilty and your expertise as the project goes.
