Chrome exntesion installer not on webstore

I want to extension installer for google chrome lastest [url removed, login to view] extension is hosted on any [url removed, login to view] it's an zip [url removed, login to view] This extension should not be removable.

The program is steer on any [url removed, login to view] example When i write on php file on my website like

run=[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view] program must download [url removed, login to view] and run [url removed, login to view] this program must work on [url removed, login to view] The program run google chrome with like

[url removed, login to view] --disable-web-security

this [url removed, login to view] define this parameter in php file like this

chrome_parameter=--disable-web-security --anathor-parameter

When user who using my program start google chrome The chrome must start with this parameters.

Also The program is not showing on task [url removed, login to view] must not be [url removed, login to view] The program recovery [url removed, login to view] The program deleted it's start on recovery path.

And the program must not show any messages to [url removed, login to view] The program must hidde [url removed, login to view] this program must not need administrative permission.

If it need administrative permision

User must not show Administrative [url removed, login to view] The program is not work on virtual machines.

And If site where php command file and extension hosted is not open or is not accessible Then The program must use secondary host.

And i wanna The program with source codes.

And i prefer The program write in like Delphi,C,C++ strong programing language .And i don't want autoit,java and like autoit programing language.

And the extension is not hosted on webstore.

i don't want autoit,java,vb6,.net (like visual basic .net ,c# .net) languages
And Antiviruses must not remove it.
