The site is currently on WordPress 3.8.1 running TImpressive theme
This project could encompass anything from a complete redesign, to modifications of the html, to the addition of a few tags... and I amopen to other solutions as well.
I want it to actually work well on tablets on phones, AND satisfy Google requirements for responsive design. I lean toward a Bootstrap or Foundation solution which would upgrade easily for future requirements but how you do it is up to you.
I do not have much budget for this job so your bid is a very significant factor in who I choose to do the job. I set it high for bidders who want to do a complete redesign, but it is _very_ unlikely I will award the job for anything close to the top of the budget range.
Also, you cannot work on our server. I will zip the site and send it to you. You must do the work on your own server. Your finished work product will be a new or modified site sent back to me as a zip file. I will load on our server and test it. Payment will be made at the conclusion of the testing, which will be within 24 hours of when you deliver the zip file.
With your bid, please tell me how you would approach the job: complete redesign, html modification, or some other solution.
Again, let me emphasize that it is _very_ unlikely that I will accept a bid anywhere near the top of the budget.
