Create a MySQL price database using API of merchants such as Amazon, Walmart

I would like to have a MySQL database that will contain up-to-date information about:

a. Price

b .In-stock status

The database will contain about 4 sample products, based on their UPC number which I will provide.

Accordingly, the database should communicate the price and stock status, to 4 matching product pages.

After the project is done, I would like to be able to update the database on my own - add or remove products, so I guess I will need an admin interface.

The data should be imported about every hour (I guess using Cron jobs), from about 3-4 merchants such as Amazon and Walmart, using API keys and documentation/scripts that I will provide.

I will also need some basic instructions about maintaining the database, in case I will want to add another merchant (which essentially means another column in the database).

I also want an instant email notification in the event that:

1. There is a change in the product prices of any of the Merchants

2. A product is no longer in stock, or back in stock once again.

I will send further information for the applicants, about how the Data should be stored in the table.
