Custom Site Changes

Scope of Work

I have a customized PHPBB Site that needs changes done to it. Only those who are experts in PHPBB apply for the job. The other condition is that you must be available for chat discussion between 9:00 and 9:30 am EST. This is a must.

1) I have a page that has a search section and lists several areas to be searched on individual lines. I would like 1 search field but have it look at the same fields as it currently does and display the result.

For instance, lets say I have these search fields

Name-

Address-

Phone Number-

I want the page to just have a single search field but still search the records for this information and display the results.

2) When someone comes to Main webpage a disclaimer shows up. We don’t want this to happen if they have already accepted the disclaimer, so a Cookie set perhaps?

3) We have a page that has input fields for various information. We simply want them re-ordered so the Mandatory fields are at top and highlighted. No Programming changes.

3B) on the same form, We ask for a phone number and we want t to auto format it to (xxx) xxx-xxxx. Time zone default to EST and language to English.

4) Upgrade PHPBB Version. We are running about 2 versions back of PHPBB. I need it documented exactly how we would upgrade to further releases so we can do it ourselves. Because this is a custom Application, I do not think the AUTO upgrade will work. You tell me.
