GENERAL
● Develop a hybrid system (Website + Application mobile), to provide users, customers and partners l site, one set of tools and essential services in the journey to approval by public tender, the system, the concurseiro will find everything you need within the scope of the legal subjects.
● The system will be built in parallel, Website, IOS application and Android application will be written simultaneously with database and unified features (Note: we identify the right development points that are incompatible or unfeasible in one or more platforms will always try to offer solutions alternatives if any).
● The system will be completely self-sufficient, there will be no more need of the user leaving the site / application for access to content or functionality, save only the cases of links to other sites or external services, subscriptions system, complete E-commerce (with integrated and transparent payment system), access control, users, administrative dashboard, broadcast video, and CMS will be themselves, and custom developed to meet all system requirements.
● We will have five types of users working on the system:
○ Guest Users (which has no account)
○ registered users.
○ Users subscribers.
○ partners Users (advertisers / external teachers).
○ administrators users (with the possibility of access levels).
● User Control system: we may define areas or specific content that will be accessible only to certain types of users, the system will be able to also manage a group of subscribers, users through the payment of a recurring subscription value will have access privileged, product discounts, early access to new content, exclusive channels of contact with Licínia, all manageable by the administrative dashboard, with support for notifications.
