add/optimize some scripts in erotic contact site

i have some scripts that needs to be changed/add to my current website:
1- visitors have the option to send a first message to a member without registration. To send a message they need to add name, email and the message text.. When send they get an email with a verification link they need to use so they become a member automatically. But i think for people who send the first message it is not clear that they automatically become a member and need to verify.. There for i need someone that adds text to the page with explanation to the visitor and text after he send the email ( pop up)
2- i have an option to send all users a message at the same time.. now this does not work 100% the users get the notification of this message multiple times instead of 1 time. also i get an error after the system is loading to send bulk messages. So this needs to be configured so users get only 1 notification and the script dont get error.
3- when user is login and he change his profile there is no pop up that tells that the changed has been saved.. so it looks like nothing happends but in fact it is saved correctly..
4- and maybe when i am satisfy with work and speed then i have more small scripts we can do..
