Build a dating app for me

I wish to have a social dating app.

similar to Patook.

And combining the personal video/messenger, and location side of Whatsapp.

I wish for there to be a free service level.

As well as a paid service level.

The free service will have some basic search parameters (that I can add and remove with ease)

and full chat capabilities.

and the ability to join in forums and events (if invited)

Once someone has been friended, the Whatsapp like services kick in.

allowing facetime, calls, location settings (if chosen by them)

The paid service will offer a wide range of very specific search parameters (that I can add and remove with ease)

full chat capabilities, the ability to create groups, and events.

There will also be a sponsored event section,

where someone can pay to have their event notification sent out to everyone in their chosen demographic and location.

I would also like an admin notification function.

where a note from the administrator will pop up when they open the app.

I would also like an option where people can earn so much 'premium paid access'

but agreeing to view adverts.

If you agree to create this.

it will be paid in three parts.

the first third when the model is started.

the second third when the model is completed for launch.

and an additional

and the last third when the model is bug tested within the first few weeks after launch.

If the app is exceptional, bug-free, and surprises me with its presentation and ease of use.

then I may throw in a bonus as well.

As this is an app service, with paid features.

it will need to be ready to function as a far as payment service is concerned.

and it will need to work on IOS and Android.

And will need a basic supporting website to accompany it.
