Build a Facebook Page/Group Messing Bot

I am looking for some programmers to create a Facebook bot which will send a given text to every person who as liked a post on different Facebook pages and groups. These invitations should be sent to 49 persons at a time with 5 minute in between them. I must have a program (if possible) with fields where I can enter like text to write in message, url to post where the bot should search for people who has liked that post and send them an message. This are pages/groups that doesnt belong to me, but random ones. It must also have a send button.
OR
This could be coded to use through Terminal on mac, where i paste text and url, and it starts sending the messages.
