Connect Content Feeds to wordpress blog for Affiliate site

I'm looking for help with the following tasks to get an affiliate website network up and running. The subject matter is centered around 'adult themed content':
1)create a centralized login location which allows me to search for content based on tags, names, search, video quality, etc. The results file should be able to do a download of an excel or any other type of file and 1-click deployment of the content to create the website and all the pages that are associated with the downloadable file
2) Design 5 different bootstrap template themes that can be added to wordpress for easy uplink and swap out for a/b testing page layout
3) Connect RSS feeds to automatically take down pages for linked content that has been removed from the source website
4) upload affiliate file to website root directory
5) create a process to ensure the databases of videos and content stays up to date through the connection of RSS feeds that note new connect and old content being deleted. Old content should have their respective pages removed.
6) additional tasks for customization and finalization as needed
