Developer who can Implement Whatsapp to CRM -- 2

I am looking for a developer:

For our office with 10 agents who accept and process calls and WhatsApp requests, I am looking for a developer who can implement the following. This is about being able to use WhatsApp quickly and easily and transferring data from WhatsApp to our CRM.

WhatsApp blocks our number from time to time, because the agents have to process a lot of inquiries about 500 chats per day and there are users who block us. This should be prevented and taken into account in the project.

The following things should be done:

- Install virtual machines (VM) on a server for 30-50 Androids. WhatsApp should run on it.

-A matrix server with at least 10 users can be created

-A chat client like Element can be installed.

-30-50 WhatsApp Matrix bridges

-Email Matrix Bridges

-Telegram Matrix Bridges

-A matrix bridge for one side with a chat system

-A matrix bridge for VOIP calls

-Logging and transferring the call data to the CRM

-Logging and transferring the data from WhatsApp to the CRM

-In the chat information ads coming from the CRM
