We use ManyChat for our on-boarding system which is our getting started system for new team. I would like ManyChat to report to a sponsor when a tag is added to a subscriber. I assume you would need to interrogate an external database for the contact details of the sponsor.
For each new subscriber they would potentially have a different sponsor. Or multiple new subscribers could have the same sponsor. But there is unlimited sponsors and subscribers. So Sponsors can have unlimited Subscribers… but each Subscriber can only have 1 Sponsor.
Before the user subscribes to ManyChat they complete a form collecting the subscribers name, email and phone number and their sponsors name and ID. You would need to interrogate an external db to confirm the sponsor is in the external db. When there is a positive match that sponsor is to be notified each time a tag is added to the subscriber. The tags are added as they complete each step in the on-boarding process. If the sponsors is not in the external db an alert message is to be sent by email to an Administrator.
