Dynamically Load Paginated Content with Ajax

I have a web page that needs to display a lot of data in 1 long page. The page content is loading all at one time causing the page to load slowly. My second problem is we have custom shopping cart that is taking VERY long to load. The page used to load faster, but something is causing a very strange lag in the page loading. I have had roughly 8 coders try to figure the problem out including the coder who helped me build all the custom work, and he couldn't figure it out. I NEED someone who lives and breathes code and can figure out this problem without any excuses. I NEED someone who can start this right away and not stop until the problem is resolved. If you help me with this problem, I have a fulltime position that just became available for a full stack developer. I take my clients web properties very seriously.
