I need someone to write a php program that does the following
1. user selects a length of audio file they will upload
2. user chooses file they wish to upload
3. user choose a music file they want in the final audio
4. user chooses a underlay file they want in the final audio
5. user clicks create audio
the system need to take the 3 audio tracks (uploaded audio, music, underlay) and layers them with underlay then music then uploaded track and outputs a single mp3 file.
This needs to be done via php and ffmpeg.
I can provide you a test file for a uploaded, music and underlay track for you to merge together.
I prefer to hire someone that can show this can be done and the outputted file works with our equipment. To many people say they can do things and can not get them done on here. I do not expect any code from anyone till programmer is chosen and escrow made. But do not want to choose someone that can not do the job either.
