Fixes on my site

1. Logo on the blog pages mobile version need readjusting again.

2. Put some code on every page just before the </body> tag (see [url removed, login to view])

3. Make the mod so that I can put french meta tags on the french frontpage

4. The remove button in cart doesn't work

5. While in checkout, we can update amount of product we buy by editing the number and clicking outside the box where the number is. Make it easier to figure out (by adding an update icon just like in the shopping cart would do)

6. See where the canada post plugin takes the product weight (size?) to calculate shipping rate. I need to edit them.

7. Make the red top menu to show on mobile like on pc (from left to right, on 2 lines I guess)without having to click anything to unhide it.

8. Make the new buy-chaga page (attached)

9. Let me know which folder I need to download by ftp so that I can do a full site backup at home.

10. Add a Sign up to our newsletter box (please recommend an area to put it)

11. Make sure the 2 images in the slider are size optimized and see if there would be any additional things to do to help the homepage and every other pages load faster.

12. A customer made 3 orders yesterday trying to make the shipping address different from the billing but he always got confirmation that the order would be shipped to his billing address. Please investigate/fix.
