We are a development team looking for a freelancer to redesign and implement our hiring website. Our current site is not showcasing well enough our technical abilities both from the type of information exposed to any candidate as well as the technical stack used by the team.
The successful freelancer will have to deliver 3 phases of work:
1. Information architecture
The new website will have to orchestrate a number of categories including who we are, a number of project showcases, lists of open roles, information about locations, contact information, placeholder for a blog… The task of the freelancer will be to arrange these categories into a well-structured website. 2. Web design
Once the information architecture has been agreed upon, the freelancer will have to propose elegant and innovative design solutions, mobile-first orientated. We will provide images, video and any other required content.
3. Implementation
To reflect our technical stack, we would like to have the site implemented using react, in a very modular fashion. We want to use Gatsby ([login to view URL]) for this project, leveraging React, PostCSS and CSS Modules. The website should be served as a one-page application, fully responsive, follow sound SEO and accessibility principles and rendered in the back-end. Adding and editing pages should be easy and intuitive. We will deploy the application in our own AWS instance.
We would like to see portfolio and coding samples of applicants to help us in choosing the successful candidate.
