Integrate MLS Listing Into Wordpress (without subscription service)?

Hi, this project might not be doable, so please read. I've created a real estate wordpress theme. My client would like MLS listings integrated. She is a qualified agent, and I though that would be enough to get some plugin to display the listing on my site. However I have not found a single plugin that does not require additional fees. Is there any method to integrate mls listing into a wordpress site, plugin or otherwise that doesn't require signing up with a third party? If so, and if you know how to accomplish this, I am interested in hiring you. Please message me with your thoughts. Thanks
