JJCF PayPal integration

JJCF ([login to view URL]) is an existing company that takes online payments in South Africa.

Unfortunately our existing South African credit card and debit order merchant service provider (SagePay) is not going to be able to continue servicing us, so we need to switch all our billing to PayPal.

Right now, if you buy something (via the "Advertise on JJCF link"), you get routed to SagePay to enter your CC details, and the customers get billed in ZAR (SA Rands). The wrinkle with PayPal is that they don't support ZAR; we will need to translate the amount to ILS (Israeli Shekels). So we need the following work done:

1. Change the credit card checkout process to route through PayPal instead of SagePay. The amount to be billed should be based on the fixed ZAR amount for the item as specified on the web site, and converted to ILS at the time of the transaction using some public Fx conversion rate server.

2. We also need to set up a billing agreement for our monthly customers, as described at [login to view URL] This would require:

a) Adding an option to the JJCF payments page to "Set up monthly billing agreement"

b) When this option is selected, follow the instructions on the PayPal site to set up a billing agreement so that we can manually create debit batches ourselves through the PayPal website later.
